Update: one heating element went out after 4 months and the seller had the audacity to tell me to ship it back to Japan for repair at my cost which the cheapest way was over $300usd! So that's not going to happen. Had to file claim with Amazon they came through. Still a well made toaster may have been a defective one but careful about any of these sellers that are out of the USA.
Ordered this toaster oven which is made in Japan after my Sanyo China made Super Toasty got too old and grubby. The Vitantonio Vertical type TOASTER OVEN is made with much higher quality components and standards. It cleans up very well and the glass front has a tint so the inside is not as visible to give it a sleek look. Handle to open is wide and smooth. The oven and toasting is very powerful so with toast no need to put up to high. Easy to use despite instructions being in Japanese. Self explanatory with symbols on knobs. Comes with one tray that cleans up a lot better than the ones with the Sanyo Super Toasty. I highly recommend this toaster oven despite the high price which went up a bit since I when I purchase it 6 months ago.
