missing a controller case and cost more should come with a $50 gift card and a game but it came in 4 days from order

I didn't get what I ordered. I was sent the God of War bundle, and it was missing the game voucher, so I lost out on the second controller I was expecting. Despite this, I'm still happy to have my PS5.

I am thankful that 2 controllers were in the box but one controller was Red and not White like shown. The description should have said it would substitute the white for a different color if they were out.

reasonable but not as advertised

Shipping was sent Pony Express FedEx. For the mark up should be sent priority over night. Also, the kit was incomplete missing the extra controller and the other accessories. The PlayStation was poorly packed in a cardboard box…again for $1k and a $450 mark up should have had more care in the shipping process

Worse experience ever. I ordered this hoping to receive a bundle package and upon arrival it was missing items. Nevertheless I spent $1,039 on product. Once I called to speak to representative, I was told there nothing they could do and I had yo contact my financial institution.

I didn't like the fact the order was wrong I cant use the PS5 Disk version sorry,  then add to the fact it took way to long and its still not here. Never again. Even thou I haver epilepsy I will ride the bus or walk to the store to shop in person. This has soured my online buying experience something I have grown to count on in my life. No one returned emails so??? Please refund my money to my cards and keep your PS5 do not try to deliver it I will not accept it and the driver knows me well so good luck!~

This product is advertised as having two controllers.  There was one in the box.  You can imagine the disappointment from my 9 year old grandson on Christmas morning.  He said, "how can I play with you Dad when I only have 1 controller?"

Please make this right and send another controller!

We only received 1 controller and not 2. I will now have to try and figure out how to get my 2nd controller sent to me!
