I realize that this item should not be returnable, but that was the only way I felt I had of contacting the seller without writing a poor review.
I have two of these Vespers and they're identical. The first, I adore! So much that I bought a second one to keep around as backup. Unfortunately, that one came uncharged and it will NOT charge. Period. That's why the sticker never came off the thing, too. That's a lot of money for something that doesn't work regardless of everything I tried to do to charge it. And I can't return it because that would be seemingly unhygienic, which I totally understand. And I have no way of telling the company besides writing this frustrated review...
Some assistance in this matter would be so greatly appreciated and maybe we can revisit this review. Thanks!

I actually originally bought this to aid my wrist in recovery after surgery as suggested by my OT (sounds odd I know.
