Holds your head in place while you sleep
These Cabeau travel pillows are fantastic for long flights and train rides. The strap that holds it to the headrest keeps your head from dropping forward, which is HUGE. It rolls up smaller (you have to fight it a little, using the same skill set as rolling up a thick sleeping bag), so you don't have to lug around a full size neck pillow along with your luggage. The only slight drawback is that it feels a little binding around my neck, so I feel like I'm wearing a neck brace after a car accident. And I have a fairly long, not very thick neck. But it's not bad enough to keep me from falling asleep and my claustrophobic 6 foot 200+ lb husband doesn't complain when he uses it, so maybe it's just me, I don't know. Also, the magic strap that holds it to the headrest doesn't work with all headrests and then it just does what a regular neck pillow does. Same for if a short kid uses it and their head doesn't reach the height of the headrest.

    I purchased this pillow as a replacement for my previous neon green neck pillow, which I didn't find particularly effective. This new pillow was an impulse buy, prompted by an upcoming 8-hour flight to Chicago. To my surprise, it turned out to be incredibly useful.

    The adjustable straps attach securely to the headrest, keeping your head comfortably in place. As someone who isn't very tall, it fit me perfectly.

    The real test came during my trip to Asia, with 24-hour flights each way. This pillow exceeded my expectations. Not only was I comfortable in coach, but I also managed to sleep well without any neck pain upon arrival. The included carry case made packing convenient, and the locking mechanism kept the pillow securely in place.

    If you travel frequently, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try. It made long-haul flights much more enjoyable, and I believe it could do the same for you!

    I just got back from a trip to Africa, and this definitely helped me sleep on my multiple and long flights. I've used many different types of travel pillows - small airline pillows, microbeads, inflatable, etc. - but this is by far the most comfortable travel pillow I have used.

    Here's why I like it:
    - Material doesn't make my neck all sweaty
    - The adjustable clip to help bring the pillow together around the neck is awesome. It feels like a C-collar, but is nice and soft, not rigid.
    - Easily compressible into the zippered bag that comes with the pillow. The bag also comes with a strap so that you can buckle it to your backpack or luggage.
    - I used my Bose over ear headphones with this, and it worked fine. I can see it being an issue for some people, depending on your sleeping position.

    Possible improvements:
    - Zipper on the bag is of low quality; I would like for it to be more sturdy as the zipper and seal part of it is coming undone.
    - The velcro straps on the back that is supposed to allow you to keep the pillow in place against the seat headrest is hard to figure out, especially with the many different sized headrests available. Perhaps a horizontal version would be best, because the straps don't fit the smaller headrests well.

    Overall, I'm glad I purchased it, and hope more improvements can be made.

    This is the best neck pillow i have ever had for traveling. You can put it on or there are straps to put around a cars headrest. I flew 3 hours today and the flight was very early. I knew I needed to sleep and I couldn’t find my other neck pillow. This was one of 5 that could be delivered yesterday in a few hours. This cradles your entire head. You spine is kept in alignment and no neck pain. It is so comfortable to wear because of the flat back. That allows you to to sit in your seat without your neck in the right position. A big extra is you get a case to keep the pillow in and it can clip right on your carryon or purse. It takes a little figuring out to get in the case but so worth it. I don’t have to worry about carrying something extra to the gate.If you get this travel pillow you will never get another. If you travel a lot I suggest getting 2 of the in case you lose one or someone swipes yours. It is that good. Enjoy your travels.

    Testing out this neck pillow while just at home, I thought this would be great for an upcoming overnight flight. Felt secure and supportive. However, I should've paid attention to the interviews about the back of the pillow being an issue when in the plane seat. It's too thick and cranes your neck forward, making it totally useless on a flight. Because it forces your head forward, you're leaning on your chin on the string tightening component at the front, which has no support and results in the same neck pain as always. Plus, the high neck support knocks your headphones/earbuds out. I just ended up using it to lay on my tray table and in the seats at the terminal on my layover. Definitely recommend finding an alternative with a flat back-of-neck section.

    These Cabeau travel pillows are fantastic for long flights and train rides. The strap that holds it to the headrest keeps your head from dropping forward, which is HUGE. It rolls up smaller (you have to fight it a little, using the same skill set as rolling up a thick sleeping bag), so you don't have to lug around a full size neck pillow along with your luggage. The only slight drawback is that it feels a little binding around my neck, so I feel like I'm wearing a neck brace after a car accident. And I have a fairly long, not very thick neck. But it's not bad enough to keep me from falling asleep and my claustrophobic 6 foot 200+ lb husband doesn't complain when he uses it, so maybe it's just me, I don't know. Also, the magic strap that holds it to the headrest doesn't work with all headrests and then it just does what a regular neck pillow does. Same for if a short kid uses it and their head doesn't reach the height of the headrest.

    I use this pillow to fly to Europe and also on ultra long travel to china. It is so comfortable and very convenient that it has straps on the pillow. Don’t rely on the straps in walking through a busy airport to hold the pillow safely, but it is very convenient and overall the quality is very very good

    I have had an opportunity to speak to Customer service. They were very helpful and courteous, and I would certainly recommend this product if you are going to be flying anywhere I want to sleep.

    It’s Support your head from falling to the side and you don’t have any pain in your neck. Very good Travel pillow

    As uncomfortable as it is to sleep on a plane, this pillow made it better than any other I have used in the past. Very comfortable, maintained my head upright preventing it to fall awkwardly. I especially like that it can be strapped to the seat.

    Dit kussen helpt om je hoofd niet naar de zijkant te laten vallen bij het slapen maar het is te dik achter de nek, waardoor je hoofd abnormaal ver naar voren wordt geduwd. Ik kon er absoluut niet mee slapen in het vliegtuig.

    È costoso rispetto ad altri che si trovano sul mercato ma di ottima fattura ed indubbiamente comodo il fatto che si possa davvero chiudere nel piccolo astuccio in dotazione ed appenderlo allo zaino quando si viaggia.
