    I take this inside my carry-on when I am likely to purchase something abroad that I'll be bringing back in checked luggage.

    I will weigh the piece I plan to check, and make sure that it doesn't show over 49 pounds (given a 50 pound limit on checked bags).

    So far, has been very accurate. Once, there was a 1/2 of a pound difference between what I had seen in hotel room and what it weighed in at the counter (hence, why I now shoot for 1 pound less than maximum allowed).

    I haven't had to use the charger, as I have a really good charger already, but it's good to know that I have a backup, just in case.

    The flashlight has come in handy a couple of times, when it's been closer than my cell phone.

    Definitely recommended for frequent travelers who check bags.

    Love that this scale is rechargeable. Comes with usb power cord. Flashlight works well with 3 settings. My only complaint is that it’s difficult to hold level with suitcase attached. Takes a lot of upper body strength lol. But is slim and light weight. I travel a lot to countries with power outages so flashlight will come in handy. Would recommend
