These feeders are excellent! We bought two of these feeders before we went on vacation. We've had them for about 2 months now and they are working great, no issues whatsoever. They dispense food accurately and reliably. There are many settings and notifications from the feeders with many different types of information such as how much food is in the bowl, how much the cat has eaten and in what amount of time, how much food is left in the reservoir, and when it is time to clean the unit and add more desiccant. You can also connect them to Wi-Fi and control them through the app remotely. The feeder will adjust the meal size depending on if there is food left in the bowl, so it won't overfill the bowl or give the cats too much food. I've been very happy with both of these feeders.

A great first automatic feeder
First, finding an all-around good-quality automatic cat feeder was difficult. I encountered many different feeders that others would over-feed or not dispense any food at all. However, the leading feeder that kept coming up was the Pawsync automatic cat feeder! The design is perfect. It's not too big, heavy, or bulky. The machine is quiet when the food is dispensed, which is nice. One of my favorite features is how the bowl weighs the food, and the app will notify me exactly how many grams (or ounces) my cat has eaten. The packaging and setup process was nice! I appreciate that the Pawsync app has the instructions manual and an FAQ section in case you were to throw it out or damage it accidentally. That way, you will always have access to knowing how to clean it. Also, I'm a visual learner! So, the fact that Pawsync has videos showing how to take apart the feeder, clean it, and put it back together was great! Another great feature of the app is the "Data Trends" section. I love that I can track how much and fast my cat eats daily and per meal. Having a section where I can also monitor his weight is another plus so I can know if I need to cut back on his food or increase it. There are two more minor issues I have had with this feeder. Sometimes, the bowl will say that there is food in it and that my cat ate it when there was nothing. Kinda strange, but it has not happened often. The second issue is that it said that the feeder tank was empty when it was just filled to the brim about a week ago, and there was still plenty of food in it. It only took a minute for me to go on the app, update the level of food in the tank, and problem solved. Other than those two minor issues, this has been the best and easiest automatic cat feeder to date!
