Absolutely love this machine. It is about the size of our Ninja large coffee maker. We use it to make lower-calorie and high-protein alternatives to store bought ice cream and it works great for that. It does take some experimenting with but there are tons of YouTube videos you can find with recipes and tips to use. It is also great for normal ice cream and comes with a handy recipe book to use.
Be aware that the machine is pretty powerful, so it is loud. When we run it we sometimes with step into another room. This isn’t too much of an issue but if you are sensitive to noise be careful. It is also important that you clean the blade, container, and lid after each use so bacteria doesn’t grow. We do this by hand and dishwasher and it is fine.
It’s a great little machine that does need to be maintained, but that maintenance is very easy and is totally worth the ease of use of being able to make ice cream at home. Would recommend!

My childhood is complete
I always wanted an ice cream maker since I was a kid, I’m an adult now and still love ice cream so it made sense I brought this, and I started making grape sorbet because I received a lot of grapes and didn’t want them to go bad, and the cookbook says you can only make banana, orange or pineapple sorbet but that’s wrong, I made the mistake of squishing the grapes instead of blending it, I respin it twice and it was okay, it still had chunks but I know that if you blend it you won’t have problems like I did and it tasted amazing, it’s pretty easy to use but what I don’t like it’s that you have to freeze the mixture 24 hours before like if you have a craving of ice cream you have to wait 24 hours to have it unless you buy more pints which is what I did, overall I love this and I will enjoy every second of it.
