I may have underestimated what it takes to scratch off these countries but I have about 90 countries to scratch off and after just doing the Americas, I’m not sure I want to deal with doing more. My fingers have turned black (scrubbed with soap three times but hopefully it’ll eventually fade)… the dust smears and leaves smudges all over the map… and I was hoping it’d be more obvious which countries have not been scratched off but the gold on nebula colors are a bit too close (maybe that’s just me).Really wanted to like this but I think I’ll be sticking to using pins on my current map.

    I don't really have any problems with this product. It's great, it's cool, looks good. My only gripes are ones I don't think the company could really fix given how it's setup and shipped. When you're trying to scratch some of the smaller borders in regions you go too far, not really the company's fault maybe they should make a slightly raised border version in the future. But that might not work.
    And the bigger issue was just trying to flatten it once it arrives. It's quite firm in being a cylinder. But you'll figure it out.

    A plus is that it comes with a side Europe only map, I didn't even know it would come with that when ordering so that was cool even though I don't have anything to scratch on that one.
