Best earbuds!

I have struggled to find earbuds that stay in my ears, they always pop out when I so much as smile, and it's frustrating!!! I have probably tried over 30 or 40 different pairs of earbuds and NOTHING!!! I saw these on my TikTok page and thought why not? There only $25, and when I tell you they are the best thing EVER! They never fall out and I just barely had to replace them after 3 years of constant use. Best purchase of my life! They have a super long battery and they fit on my key chain. I literally recommend them to EVERYONE! Especially if you have small ears!

Great at first... then got migranes.

I really loved these initially -- I got them as a replacement for a different model because the battery just went kaput. These were amazing to start out, good battery life, flush and easy to sleep in, customization in the app, everything I could ever want as an autistic individual. But then, about a month ago, there was a static sound in my left earbud. It got worse over time, giving me headaches then migraines. I went to file for the warranty (again, it is less than 2 years since the initial purchase, and I have gone through two earbuds.... great.) and they are requesting me to pay shipping and go without headphones for who knows how long. It was great for about a year, but don't count on the warranty.

Do these come with the tile tracker installed

Our JBuds Mini do not support Tile. However, they are compatible with Google Find My Device.

Can you power the earbuds on without the case?

You can power ON the JBuds mini without the charging case by pressing the touch sensor for approximately 3 seconds.

Do these JLAB Mini have voice control?

You can access Voice Assistant from your cell phone by double tapping the left earbud on the JBuds Mini.

The volume of my right earbud is very low compared to the left. How do I fix it?

Please make sure you update the firmware of your JBuds Mini. Firmware update 1.1.4.4 improves call performance. You can update the firmware via the JLab App. Download the JLab App and connect the JLab JBuds Mini. Select ‘Update Firmware’ or the Firmware pop-up that appears. Keep the app open to update – takes 1-3 minutes.

There is no one-size-fits all when it comes to earbuds, which is why JLab includes multiple gel eartips with our products, and sell additional sizes on our site as well. The low profile and minuscule design of the JBuds Mini may cause its microphones to be covered by some people depending on the shape of their ears. If calls seem muffled, we recommend using the larger size of the gel eartips so the mic extends a bit more from the outer part of the ear.
