Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn't get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I've learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the "old broken" one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn't broken... might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or... will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I'll update with news.
Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service!

We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I've checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada!
I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I'm hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it!

Works great until it dies_updated
This product is great. it functions great. only use it around holidays to make the house smell nice, lasted just over a year before you go to plug it in and it won't turn on! really considering buying a new one but hoping to get a refund for the one which died on us. the product is really great when it is working. going to try and contact seller and see what happens. will update accordingly. purchased April 2022 died oit of the blue Oct 2023. we purchased another one in Nov 2023 because we love it so much. On top of that we heard back from the seller and they offered a full refund for the original one we purchased which broke. great company, great customer service! they stand behind their product!
