The paper quality isn't great-the pages are a bit thin, and I'd be happy to pay a few $$ more to get a better quality, more durable product. Also, keep in mind that many Trader Joe's products are seasonal & although I didn't see many of them in this cookbook, there are a few so you may need to just make some simple substitutions. Other than that, I love this & have dozens of recipes marked to try 😋

Instead, it's organized by meal types, so the only way to look up a recipe's page number is to go to that section of the boom instead of just flipping to the index. Some of the ingredient amounts are also inaccurate.
