BUY IT. I’ve only tried two things so far, but they were both EXCELLENT. The recipes are so easy, so clear, and we can all agree Trader Joe’s is a great place to shop! Thank you so much for this wonderful cookbook!! I can’t believe how many fabulous meals there are that I didn’t know existed and I’ve been walking past the ingredients on a weekly basis!

I love Trader Joe's and I love cooking! This is a great cookbook for busy people who want to eat well. The recipes are well written & easy to follow, simple directions & beautiful pictures! The paper quality isn't great-the pages are a bit thin, and I'd be happy to pay a few $$ more to get a better quality, more durable product. Also, keep in mind that many Trader Joe's products are seasonal & although I didn't see many of them in this cookbook, there are a few so you may need to just make some simple substitutions. Other than that, I love this & have dozens of recipes marked to try 😋
