Directions

After normal shampooing, apply a generous amount of product and comb through hair. Leave on overnight and rinse in the morning for the most intensive treatment.

Overnight hair conditioning mask
I tried to use this as directed and failed. I have very fine wavy hair that is prone to frizz. I tried to use this after shampooing my hair as directed and just found my hair was a gloppy mess. After shampooing I squeezed all the hair out first and then applied this and combed through (using my fingers) as directed. I find this product is much less viscous than most masks. It is actually runny like a shampoo. After applying it to my hair I found that it would be far too messy to either towel dry my hair, nor to leave it in overnight as my hair was so wet after applying this. It would completely ruin my pillows if I left it in. So I rinsed it out as I would with a conditioner after leaving in for several minutes. I allowed my hair to dry naturally afterwards. Once dry my hair appeared as if I had left some conditioner in without rinsing it completely out. Well this product may work to condition the individual strands of hair, I will not be using it on days where I need to go in public and need my hair to look its best. I think the hair would need to be washed first.

    I got this hoping it would help with some fraying/split ends from flat ironing and I do believe it has helped a lot! I have not slept with it in my hair overnight, just left it on for about an hour, or even used it like conditioner leaving on for about 5 minutes in the shower. Even doing that short amount of time has seemed to make a difference. My ends have been soooo much healthier looking. When I flat iron my hair they do not get fluffy like they usually do but lie flat! This product has really surprised me. The reason I took off a star though is that is does leave my hair with a weird filmy feeling, even after rinsing off. This lasts for about two days and I need to do a good shampoo in order for my hair to go back to feeling normal throughout. But otherwise has helped my ends tremendously!

    The mask had a pleasant scent. It is recommended using at night but I left on the mask only for an hour. I have fine hair and usually deep treatment masks leave my hair greasy and weigh down. I applied the mask after shampooing and put on a shower cap to lock in the hydration benefit. I waited an hour before washing it off and toweling drying my hair. My hair did feel thick and greasy but it was softer and smoother. I think I might use less of the mask and cut down on the time I have it on.

    I followed the instructions, after applying it, I could already tell that I was not going to be pleased. My hair is very wavy and I get lots of knots. I didn’t apply a detangler as this is supposed to moisturize but already from the beginning it did nothing to detangle my hair after the shower. The next morning, I rinsed it all out. Normally with other hair masks, you can tell and feel that your hair is softer. Well not this one! It just made my hair tangle even worse and while blow drying it, I could already feel that it was leaving my hair all greasy and gross. You certainly get what you pay for! It’s honestly the worst mask I’ve ever put on my hair!!

    I have long thick wavy/curly hair somewhere in the 2c-3a area depending on the products I use on it. My hair also tends to get frizzy very easily in the TX humidity. When I saw this I was so excited. A bond repair mask specifically for textured hair! I personally am not a huge fan of the scent. It's not terrible, but it does have a bit of a chemical smell to it. Other than that, it worked wonderfully for my hair. I washed like normal and towel dried. I applied the hair mask, then bunched my hair up into my hair wrap towel and slept with it over night to keep my pillows clean. I would highly recommend a towel wrap or a protective pillow case to keep your pillows neat. Once I washed it out, my hair did feel softer and my curls were more manageable. I think with regular use it might actually help build my curl pattern even more. I was also accidentally sent two tubs in the same package. Not sure if this was a mistake or not, but I'm not complaining. Overall, it's a really good product that I will definitely keep using.

    I really like this TXTUR Overnight Bond Building Mask, but I couldn't wear it overnight...hence 4-stars instead of 5-stars. This deep conditioner gives me crazy volume. I know it was specifically this product because it was the only "new" product I used when I first tested it. Not only volume but it added softness and shine. I have long curly hair and this conditioner also really helped with frizz. I have used it every other wash day since I've had it...I wash every 4 to 5 days. I use it per directions and then pin my hair on top of my head sometimes I wear a microfiber headband sometimes I don't. But either way, the product drips too much to leave it on overnight. I typically leave it on at least an hour. Even at an hour though I get good results.

    Not bad! Does hydrate my hair temporarily which I'm kissing would add up over time with more frequent use. I do like the concept of a long contact hair mask but I didn't really think about the process of this because it does require you to wrap your hair somehow so I kind of wish they included a shower cap or sleeping cap or something. And it's not a super dry/creamy/thick formula but on the wet side (does penetrate this way though) so it can tend to be a bit drippy
    I'll likely end up using more often just during the day while doing a spa routine maybe post pool or work out or if I have a few hours to spare stuck inside or something!
