Better than others, but still not perfect.
Been using it constantly for several months now, without losing** it! Good weight, slim, easy to carry, open & close, change blades.
For what I wanted this blade, I stopped thinking I would do well to sharpen it myself. I need very sharp, very often, without the hassle or threat to my clothing and fingers. Easy replacement was the best solution by far.
Two problems I have with it, are mostly part of the same: good grip.
The *exact* location I would naturally place my thumb to add a little extra pressure and guidance to my cut is the *exact* location for the blade release/retract button. I frequently find the blade jamming or slipping because I have nudged the button while cutting. The location range between extended setting and extract/change blade is rather small. If you hit it right, you're totally fine. Miss a little and it will feel extended & locked, but the blade will actually be free to come out. While it's still much. much safer than a traditional blade closing at the wrong time, it's still a bit disconcerting.
If the blade had grips or textured side , that might incline me to keep my thumb on those while cutting. I am thinking of simply scoring the sides to aid in that grip. But it will not look as good as it would had they built it that way.
**I chose translucent yellow, so it's bright enough to help avoid my major gripe with EDC knives: losing them. I have lost all previous EDC knives that I liked (expensive, cheap, high sentimental value, "perfect", etc.)…
