Holds Up Well to Cat Claws :-)JillianAfter 6 months of use I give it 5 stars. I wanted something that would hold up to cat claws, since this couch is the gateway to their window perch, and there is nary a claw mark anywhere on it. I also wanted a couch that was firm, but not too firm, and deep enough to curl up on, and this is perfect for both of those. Aesthetically it's OK - not a high-end look but a great deal for what it is. I'm happy with it.5

Nice Leather CouchRogerI will admit that I blatantly copied my son who purchased the larger Morabo couch a couple of months ago. I was impressed by the quality of the leather and the overall build quality...as well as the reasonable price.
I had looked many other places for a leather love seat but it was a challenge to pay as much extra for another brand when the differences were so minor. Well done IKEA!
I know if I take care of this leather couch, it will last a very long time!5

Received a broken couch frameAnthonyWe received a defective loveseat, which we discovered after paying for delivery and assembly. The actual frame of the couch seems to be broken on one side, which causes a dip if you try to sit in the corner. I made numerous attempts to get this resolved by customer service, and they have yet to respond. After spending thousands of dollars at IKEA, this is very disappointing and unprofessional.1

There is balance problemHungI think the sofa I got ever been returned by other customers because of balance problem. Not sure whether it's a common issue or only the one I received. I ever contacted web customer service to have additional gaskets to make the sofa balance but there is no stock of the spare part. Therefore, I made some cardboard gaskets to make it balance.3
