    It's oily without being greasy, you don't have to rinse it off but I do still sometimes. If you just wipe it off with a clean washcloth your skin will not feel greasy though. Either way your skin will be clean and moisturized. Great stuff, better than a cleansing balm or oil. Best stuff for dry cold weather. It's light and sort of fresh smelling.

This cleanser Is awesome I’m the respect of : time management : for those nights when you KNOW you should at least wash your face before bed, but the thought of getting all wet ( I’m notorious for being an excess splasher - so my sleeves, my front and the floor under me are flooded by time I’m done ) So, you can keep this fluid cleanser on your nightstand with either a cloth or tissues or whatever you feel comfortable using on your face. No need to wet it beforehand or rinse off afterward. If you decide to use a makeup removing wipe that’s fine just have a dry one nearby. Whether that’s a dry hand towel or dry clean washcloth. It’s the dry one that leaves you feeling totally moisturized, soft smooth skin with out ANY feeling of residue left on your face. Winter time is the best time for me too use this product because getting wet sleeves etc. Is horrible when the temperature outside is below freezing and that same weather makes your face dry and chapped, only to come inside and experience possibly more dryness from your heating system.
    I love the way it’s thorough In cleansing, convenient, almost immediate (which by the way I keep it on my face for about 5+ minutes or so as a quickie facial and cleansing together ) time management !! Another plus.
    I also wish to Note that my skin is very sensitive and I’m at an age where I have to moisturize PLUS have problems with adult acne (y’a, such a blessing wrinkles no AND acne!) Seems like everything makes me break out. This does not at all. Same thing with another product by Mario Badescu, that I also buy from Amazon prime, the enzyme cleanser that’s also a fluid but green whereas the cleansing milk (reviewed right now) is white & utilizes rice and carnation oils. No waxes or things leaving any residue. Otherwise I’d be breaking out. Plus I’m an avid ingredients reader.

    I’m a skincare freak who has tried just about every product and has an intense 10 step skincare routine and this will always be apart of that, but is the perfect product for the lowest maintnace people (also sometimes me) as it sort of does it all!

    This is the third time I’ve purchased this stuff! I absolutely love it. Mario Badescu has been getting a bad rap lately, but I’ve found almost everything use to be effective (except for the super popular sprays—those do absolutely nothing for me) and I also think the packaging is super reliable and doesn’t feel cheap at all, so I will continue on. Do what works for your skin!

    Anyways, this is super soothing, does a great job or removing makeup, and makes my skin feel very hydrated. I’m a big fan of double cleansing, and I either use this or a cleansing oil as a first step. If you swear by a cleansing oil, at least get this for travel because it’s so much safer than oil in a suitcase! It feels super luxurious and is especially lovely in the cold months—was absolutely nessisary for me during a Chicago winter, though I do live in LA now and it’s still a go to in the sweltering summers.

    My skin is super picky, and I will continue to buy this as long as it does the trick!

    I recently ordered Mario Badescu Cleansing Milk with Carnation Rice Oil. By the time I go to bed, I'm tired and don't want to spend a lot of time washing and rinsing my face. I hate the tight feeling that I was getting with my soapy facial cleanser if I didn't rinse multiple times.

    I was a little concerned that this rich cleanser might stop up my pores or cause a break-out, but it's perfect. I just massage it into my face and wipe it off with a damp washcloth and I'm done. My face feels hydrated and healthy. I'm 67, with mostly normal skin that tends to get dry if I don't moisturize.
