The Casper Hybrid Snow Pillow

This pillow hands down is the finest and most supportive pillow l have ever found. Alina recommended it to me and I will never use another pillow again. I bought a second one to travel with so that I get perfect support and sleep during my business trips. I have recommended it to many especially those with cervical spine issues like me. I give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you for this and all of your wonderful bedding products. Mattresses are amazing also. Best bang for the buck on the market without question. Love this pillow. Caper really showed up and made a pillow that true stays cool through the night. It’s been so hard finding a pillow I don’t have to flip. So happy with this product.

I purchased a standard and a king pillow. I use the king for a body pillow. I sleep very warm so these pillows are a godsend! I finally have restful sleep because these pillows are so cool to the touch. I will flip them usually once during the night. I love them so much they travel with me!

It’s sad you cannot return these pillows. Spent a lot of money on this and it hurts my neck so bad I can’t even use it. I really had high hopes for this pillow. I was hoping to try the original pillow but. Afraid to dish out more money.

I bought this pillow for my headaches and it is wonderful!!

I have used the pillow for 3 weeks, and I am looking for a different pillow. I spent days doing careful research before deciding to purchase this pillow. I knew there was no trial period, but I trusted what I read and it sounded like just what I wanted. The pillow's uncompressed loft reaches about 5.5 inches in the middle of the pillow, but the majority of the pillow's loft is around 4 inches. When I lay on it, the entire pillow goes flat. I can feel my head at most an inch from the bed/bottom of the pillow. There is no support. I lay on my side and my face falls forward into the pillow and I wake up with my face in the pillow. I wake up with neck pain, shoulder pain, and a congested head. The smell was horrible. It took a week of taking the pillowcase off the pillow and placing the pillow in front of an open window to make the smell tolerable. Just within the last few days (2.5 weeks later) has the smell become tolerable. The snow technology worked extremely well night one, but has been unnoticeable since then. Even with the pillowcase off, there is only a very slight feeling of cool when I touch the pillow.

Bought a King size pillow this month. Love it! So cool and supports well for a side sleeper. Very happy with my purchase

I purchased this pillow online, it comes in a small box and vacuum sealed packaging. If you open the packaging and don’t like the pillow Casper WILL NOT allow you to return it. This is one of the most customer unfriendly policies I have ever come across. If you are interested in this pillow DO NOT BUY ONLINE.

I bought this pillow with a Casper mattress and hoped that it would help with my sleeping hot issues. Unfortunately, this pillow is very thin and I’m a side sleeper and need something that is quite a bit thicker. I’ve been using it for the past couple months, and while I like the cooling sensation, the thinness is really what causes me to have Pain when I wake up. The cooling sensation is immediate, but it will wear off obviously after a couple minutes. I have been going back to my thicker, Talalay latex pillow and finding that I’m able to fall asleep and wake up much more refreshed

Smells strongly of chemicals right out of the bag. I reached out to support and that does not fall under their warranty or return policy. If you suffer from any type of allergy or Asthma do not purchase any of the products that include foam. Horrible support and empathy from company! I love my original Casper pillow and hate that I tried something new.

Has zero cooling effect

While the pillow's comfort is exceptional, I'm disappointed by the blue color and the size. The blue coloring comes through Casper’s white pillowcases and the pillow is noticeably a smaller size when compared to a standard king pillow. The size is most apparent when you put it into regular king pillow cases where it can't fill the pillowcase in length or volume. With several Casper mattresses, nearly a dozen Casper pillows and multiple sets of Casper sheets, I remain surprised how off the quality mark this pillow is for Casper. If the pillow was the appropriate and it was provided with a white cover that allowed it to be neutral in color, the pillow would correct both of these comments and make this a 10-star pillow.

Compared to a standard pillow, this one is pretty good. The loft and firmness are just right for a side sleeper like me. Very comfy. The cooling feature is mostly a gimmick. Cooling is very noticeable and effective for about 5 minutes. Feels nice and cool. But after about 5 minutes the cooling effects is gone. 12 hours is nonsense, borders on false advertising.

Caspers hybrid pillows are the "Goldilocks" of their line of pillows. Not too firm, like the full foam pillow. Not too soft, like the essential cooling pillow. Just the right amount of support and comfort. The snow technology itself is great! It keeps cool long enough to get me to sleep and stays cool enough that I'm not waking up to flip it. However, I'm a little disappointed by the differences between this and the original hybrid pillow. The snow version is not as plush in the middle and therefore doesn't have as much support. I put the snow cover on my original hybrid and it feels great but the cooling effect doesn't last as long. The cooling effect may have something to do with the thickness so it's understandable but I personally prefer the original hybrid. The blue of the pillow cover is also a minor annoyance. It shows throw my white silk pillowcases. The price difference is kind of ridiculous. I wouldn't say it's worth the full price or even 25% off the full price. Not to mention it's not machine washable so product care, i.e. dry cleaning could be costly. Hopefully Casper will start to sell just the zippered pillow cover with snow technology so you can customize your other Casper pillows! (Mine also came with a hole in it where the stuffing was coming out. This doesn't really affect my rating just kind of annoying given the price)

I was in the market for a new pillow and picked up this magical cloud. I had the BEST sleep and my neck wasn’t tight or messed up when I woke up! Best pillow for side sleepers! (I’m a long time Casper user—I have the OG mattress from back in 2016 & it’s still doing it’s job!)

I bought this pillow about a week ago on the reviews and the descriptions provided by Casper. The snow technology of the pillow does work and is the reason I will give Casper 2 stars. I own a Casper bed as well an would give it 5 stars. However, the description of this pillow being suited for all sleep types is deceptive and misleading. After one night of sleeping on the pillow I immediately had back pain. I tried it for two more nights and exactly the same. After returning to my original pillow the back pain was relieved. The Loft of the pillow is too low for a side sleeper (at least one over 6'3"). This result in misalignment of the spine and neck and inevitably the lower back pain. I have provide images to demonstrate the Loft deficiency of their pillow. To make matters worst Casper is unwilling to work with customers to rectify the situation. I know have 2 King Pillows that will never be used because they do not meet the descriptions and suggestions provided by Caper. In addition, Casper is unwilling to rectify the situation even though their description of the product is misleading. I encourage anyone looking at these or any Casper pillows to use caution as the company will not stand by their product.

I got this pillow this week and of course the price can make you hesitant to purchase, but it is completely worth the money. The cooling technology really works, I always used to flip my pillow over to the cooler side, and now I don't have to do this. It feels kind of firm to me, but I also am used to really soft pillows but that's why I like that it's hybrid and not just all foam. My boyfriend loved this pillow too when he tried it and so he bought himself one too.

I bought this pillow because I tend to sweat when I sleep. The cooling aspect of the pillow really does work however the pillow is so thick! I could barely sleep because of how elevated my neck was every night. It does not contour to your head very much at all. I was really disappointed as I really loved the technology behind it and was really wanting to like it! I will be returning sadly.

I love the feel of the pillow. It the perfect height for a side sleeper, the perfect balance between floof and firm. However, the "12+ hours" of coolness is a lie. I'm lucky if I get 12 minutes. What happens is the pillow definitely feels cool initially as it absorbs your heat. Then it reflects that heat right back at you and it remains hot all night. My partner is a very cold sleeper so I've passed it along to her. But if you're looking for a pillow to keep you cool, this is not it.

I bought a set of these pillows a month ago, and they're not my cup of tea. I liked the cooling aspect of it, but it wasn't thick enough for me. They didn't fill out my pillowcases appropriately and were slippery. There isn't a way to add more filling to make them thicker..
