These are very easy to pair with any device. They are soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to charge and use. They’re not too small or too bit. They’re soft over the ear so it you suffer nerve issues wearing things like earbud then these are a great option. Great sound quality. I use them in noisy areas without issue. I've owned a few pair of ear buds. I like the over-the-ear kind due to the fact that I like to run and these will never fall out of your ear. These have to be the most comfortable I've owned. Most over the ear type if worn for a while will hurt your ear. These are pretty light weight and I've worn them for hours on end and no pain. I bought a pair for my son and he likes them too. Battery life seems to be okay but I've never push the limit on long they can go without needed recharged. It was a little different getting them set up because it said you needed to download an app which is kind of a pain. The app is okay the EQ is nice but not really necessary. I'm sure that high end sound better but I'm not real sure it's going to be a huge difference. I really don't plan on spending the money to find out. These will last just as long as the high and are at fraction of the price. The sound can't be that much of a difference to make you spend the extra money. These are cheap they sound great and they will last as long as you don't break them or lose them. I do have a pair of in ear JLab that I've bought in the past that stopped working but bought another pair they've lasted. Overall these are a great pair of earbuds that sound great and feel great. I would recommend.

Update 12/24/23: So I've figured out that yes, the bending of the ear hooks with use is what's causing the lack of a charge. My inelegant solution is to leave the case open when charging the earbuds, which isn't ideal and means that if I close it for travel, I need to mentally be aware that the charge is decreasing while the earbuds are in the case because chances are good they've been knocked off the charger receptors. So they still work, thankfully, but it's kind of a built-in problem that the earhooks deform over time and cause the buds to be knocked clear of the charger ports once the case is closed.

October 24, 2023: I bought these in May and have used them almost daily since. They're fantastic little earbuds - earbuds tend to fall right out of my ears because of the non-standard shape of my ear canal (per my ENT), so it's crucial for me to have the hooks. They're comfortable, sound pretty good as far as I can tell, and are easy to set up and use.

The major downside, if you search the reviews and questions, is that the right ear's unit is prone to failing. Either it stops working, or stops charging, or *something*. It's lasted me about six months of use before the right ear just stopped holding a charge or stopped charging. I've tried many things - resetting the earphones, cleaning obsessively the charging contacts in the case and on the earbuds, even keeping the case open when charging so as to not move the charging earbuds (with use, the shape of the hooks has warped and so it's possible that closing the lid shifts them off the charging contacts). To no avail, alas - I consistently put these on and find that while sound comes out the left ear's unit just find, the right is dead.

30 dollars for six months' worth of daily use isn't terrible, but it's terrible for the environment given the non-removable rechargeable batteries in both the case and earbuds. I was thinking of picking up a second pair to use with a different bluetooth device so I wouldn't need to unpair and repair them each time I wanted to move from my phone to computer, but I'm rethinking that second purchase in light of the fact that these seem obscenely disposable for rechargeable electronics. To start: I’m a harsh reviewer. I may like a product and use it but still give it poor marks. SO, 4 stars from me really means something.
Sport+:
The newer version seems to have taken some steps back.
For one, the charger is now usb-c. Why? The old one was an excellent design, standard usb that everyone has a port for, and worked whichever way you plugged it into the slot. It barely took any time to charge, so as far as I can tell, something that wasn't broken got "fixed."

2nd: It's a bit more of a hassle to have just one ear paired at a time. My old set did perfectly fine with it. I mostly only use one bud at a time, so I can maintain situational awareness.

3rd, and this is just me being nitpicky: the automatic voice is different from the old, and it really isn't better.

Recs: don't fix what ain't broke. Don't "improve" things that are subjective (don't update something if you don't have empirical data showing the update is meaningfully better and/or cost-effective).

For the price, I still think you can't get better. I have yet to see if the battery life is still as good as the old one, which I was impressed by.

Old Review for the older version (not the Sport+)
I’ve had and used it for a month. To start, as far as I can tell, this product really does hold up against sweat. I’ve been absolutely drenched, sweat pooling up in my ears, and these things have been just fine.

Battery: every use has been “battery full,” even with substantial use every day.

Sound: it’s not beats quality, nor is it audiophile friendly, BUT, it’s honestly just about as good as apple AirPods.

Noise canceling: fair, but requires a good seal, which is easily lost.

Case durability: surprisingly capable! I wouldn’t expect it to hold up to a rough kid or serious damage, but everyday use is excellent.
-also, the rise in the case with the JBL branding on the lid is essentially a “fuller,” which provides additional structural integrity. The fact that they took the thought and time to add that is impressive and commendable.
-and: the charger that is attached to the bottom of the case is custom, and thoughtfully made. Most of it is a rubber-like material, except for the actual metal pins, thus, it’s more resilient to moisture damage (such as the kind likely to occur if you keep it in your pockets on a hot and sweaty day or workout!)
-another note about the charger is that it seems to be one of those “universal” ones, where you don’t have to flip it to get it into the usb slot.

Additional notes: the actual earphones are magnetized with the case, so they have a really satisfying feeling when you put them in and take them out.
-Bluetooth connection is fairly stable, even with me leaving the phone in one room and going to another.
-the only weak point is the lid, but it’ll hold up fine to everyday use (i suspect it’ll only break from substantial drops, or exceptional sheer force, such as at the bottom of a bag with heavy objects).

-the only con I have is that every time I adjust the earbuds while workout out, it’ll trigger the rewind button, but I can’t consistently get the tap feature to work when I’m intentionally trying to use it.
