For those individuals, or those with fluid retention issues on the whole, additional sodium is generally not recommended, and our product is therefore not likely to be a good fit. I’ve used LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix for a while, especially after workouts or on hot days when I needed to replenish electrolytes and stay hydrated. It’s a solid drink mix with great flavors, and it’s packed with sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which really help with hydration.     recently tried the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Variety Pack and while I appreciate the quality of the product, I do find it to be on the expensive side.
