    The instructions say the kettlebells need to be kept inflated in order to avoid damaging the kettlebell. The 20Lb kettlebell held air for the first couple of weeks, but I noticed it slowly start to lose air over time. In the last week I needed to pump it up every 3-4 days.

    And now, 1 day after the return window closed it won't hold air at all, but there is no way to just initiate a return for 1 of the kettlebells as far as I can tell. I just get sent in a loop of customer service chatbots and real people that then point back to the places with links that referred me to them in the first place.

    If anyone at Wegym customer support sees this can you please help me replace the 20LB kettlebell that won't hold air?

    I appreciate the soft bottom, it doesn't leave a mark on the floor or mat. I love working out with it and I only had to pump it up once when it was delivered with the included pump. It is still holding the seal very well. I bought the one with a beight handle and gray bottom so it doens't stick out like a sore thumb in my small place. I love it.

    I love the kettlebells. I have been using them for over a month now with no complaints. A friend who is a personal trainer came over and noticed something off. We weighed them with her scale and each kettlebell is off by approximately 1lb. Not a huge deal for me, but may be for others. I have requested a partial refund.
