I am not going to lie...I like to take long showers, which I know is frowned upon here in California. I can tell you now though, my showers are only getting longer with these shower steamers. I put one in and felt like I was in a spa...in my own home. The Eucalyptus one helped clear my breath and the lavender one helped me fall right asleep. I bought these for myself but going to make these my new go to hostess gift.

    Unfortunately, these steams provide little scent for a lot of mess. While the scents are pleasant, they are not very strong. They are easily overpowered by the scent of shampoo or soap. I experimented with placing them at different places within my shower where they could be exposed to more or less water. I was never able to get a strong (or even very noticeable) aroma. Each steamer also has chunks of the ingredients in them. For example, the Lemongrass & Orange scent left large pieces of lemongrass behind in my shower that I had to clean. The Orange & Grapefruit left marigold petals in my shower. The mess isn't worth the lackluster experience for me.

    PROS: nice scents, no staining of white tub, flower petals and other inclusions look pretty before use
    CONS: scents are not strong enough, the pretty flower petals and inclusions are not pretty when left behind in the bottom of your tub
