I love it but….
I love product. I love it, however, In step 4 it says that the cooling system should get fully charged every 3 months for 2-3 hours. This instruction is leaving room for misinterpretation because if I have to fully charge it every 3months then the cooling system should work in the meantime with enough battery. I use this product twice in one day, the first got it. I receive a blinking red flash twice after every use, which indicates the battery is low. I don’t know if this is just a bad battery or batch. I have no clue. I would like to replace since it’s still new I tried to reach out to the company. I never heard anything back. I put myself on the callback list this morning and haven’t heard nothing back. I would like to keep this, however, the instructions is misleading and my battery is going dead quickly. I have zero other complaints

    I use this when I feel like I need to treat the thin skin under my eyes. I use it if I'm going to apply makeup before going out to dinner or to an event. If I wake up looking tired under the eyes I will place them on my eyes as well.

I followed all the instructions and when I went to try the patches they were not cold, not even close to being cold. I returned it and bought the ones that are put in the refrigerator and they worked perfectly. unfortunately it didn't work for me

    I was super excited for this gadget, but with apprehension that it may not work. The patches themselves are quality and adhere as long as they go directly from the plate to your face, even too much contact from your fingers will cause them not to stick. As for the cooling, it’s not great. They don’t get super cold and they loose their cool so quick I doubt much is happening to reduce puffiness. I need something I can move around with so I’m going to try just popping them in the fridge or freezer instead. Great idea, poor execution.

    I put these in the freezer for over 24hrs to test that method and it was a total fail. They did not adhere and stayed cold for about 10 seconds. So now I’d say this was a complete waste of money.

    The little device cools down, 100% works. The eye gels that included do not stay cold for longer than 1 minute (not exaggerating). So because the part you put on your face doesn't stay cool at all, it renders the whole thing pointless. I will try putting some disposable under eye gels in the little machine and see how that works ...but part of the appeal of this was the lack of disposable, single-use items and this just doesn't perform.
