This pillow stopped my neck pain. I get nerve pain in my neck if I don't have neck support when I sleep. I tried several different kinds. This one is the best I've tried.
Pros:
1. It's firm, but not stiff or hard.
2. I sleep on my side and my back. It works for me in both positions.
3. It's a solid foam block, not shredded foam or stuffing.
4. It has ventilation holes and a zippered cover. I put a pillowcase over the cover.
5. It forms around my neck, and I don't wake up with nerve pain anymore.
Cons:
1. Because it's memory foam, during the course of the night it does begin to lose a bit of firmness due to body heat. I just flip it over when that happens and no problem. But it could be a consideration for some.
2. I have to replace mine once a year. It loses some of its magic over time.
3. If you like to scrunch up a pillow, this one is not for you. It stays completely stable.
I LOVE this pillow and gladly buy a new one yearly.
