Always hesitant to spend so much on a pair of shoes but these were exactly what I was looking for (style, leather, etc.). They broke in easily with no rubbing. No slipping in the heal and the leather is soft. The shoes are not as heavy as I expected and my feet have not been hot in them. I wear them without socks and they are very comfortable. The arch support could be better, but it’s not bad. I’m very happy with the shoes and don’t regret spending the money.

These shoes are very attractive and fashionable, and the fit is as described. I have a narrow foot, but the laces allowed me to tighten the fit sufficiently. The problem (as noted by other reviewers) is that the tongue is too long and rubs against the top of the foot, causing unbearable irritation. I really wanted to keep them but knew they'd end up collecting dust in the back of my closet.
