    The package was delivered by USPS with clear wrap. This was my granddaughters birthday gift and of course she was ready to start baking. When we opened up the box, there were no mixes as described. I purchased these because it said it came with three mixes, which I do believe was an EXTRA $35 for the Deluxe over. VERY disappointed after reading other comments with the same findings and to see there has not been any resolution.

      Ok, so I never used it but did also buy the baking book for my granddaughter because I remember how awful the old easy bake oven treats tasted. No longer uses a light bulb to bake but goes to 350 degree!!
      Never got to test this but I will soon as my daughter gave it as a gift to a very young girl with terminal cancer. She was afraid to tell me she gave it away. I was in tears when she told me as I couldn’t have been any prouder than I was at that moment in my life.
      Will be ordering another one soon as well as the cookbook for her daughter.

      I was excited about this because I had one as a kid and I was buying one for my son. I was surprised when I received it because there is no oven door like the old school ones. It didn't come with the 3 mixes as described but whatever. The first thing that came to my mind was "damn it's gonna be hard to get the cakes in and out and impossible to clean if a mess happens". After using it only once...... damn it's hard to take the cakes out.. I've watched videos and honestly it's just a poor design. They should have kept the originals with the front loading door. Like a mini toaster oven. I honestly wish I would have got a toaster oven because it would have been easier to use, easier to clean, he could have made more in it, plus they are like $60. This was $150 when I ordered it not even 1 month ago. Now it's $100 but I also see a LOT of recent 1 star reviews, maybe that's why. If you're debating getting one, honestly don't.... get a low powered toaster oven instead.
