Long hair constantly piled into messy buns gets SO tangled. The tub of Carol's Daughter jelly detangler is the absolute BEST for gently detangling without ripping out hunks of hair.
I ordered the set so I could try the shampoo. The scent of the shampoo is beyond fab - a luscious clean and fresh scent, but I'm not super thrilled with the water-to-foam style.
I tried this type years ago when it first came out - that non-foaming stuff that came and went in a nano-second. Turns out I still don't quite understand the concept -- maybe it's not supposed to foam, IDK, but I have to use a LOT to feel like it's doing anything,
In the end the shampoo leaves my hair feeling VERY dry which is corrected by the jelly conditioner, but I really don't like the straw feeling of my hair in between, it makes me feel like it's stripping it.
These products seem to be for a certain hair type which may be why I find the shampoo drying, but the conditioner is amazing.

Favorite shampoo/conditioner for wavy/curly hair
I’ve repurchased this set 3 times now, as it brings my waves/curls out, cleans my scalp, and conditions well. The tub of conditioner always seems to last a bit longer though but it’s because the shampoo is very liquidy so it’s sometimes hard for me to tell how much I’m squeezing out.
