    I have never taken a supplement that could actually see the benefits. I went vegan years ago and developed a bald spot on the side of my head from not eating enough nutrients/protein.     I’m seriously amazed with my results after taking these a little over 30 days ( I started them on September 8th 2024, writing my review on October 19th)

    𝙈𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨 💗 Within 2 weeks my nails were stronger. I started taking these while wearing acrylic nails. I removed the acrylic nails myself, and always damage them in the process. When I removed the acrylics this time, my nails were very strong and not brittle and breaking!
