Ordered mine on march 2nd and still waiting for store pick up -- no way to cancel item or change it to shipping either as the options to do so are greyed out. Went into the store on original pick up date and was told "yeah it probably won't be here today" with no other information or a solution to the problem. Stay away from this product and best buy overall to be honest -- this isn't the first time they've done this to me either.Answered by KeganA

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! WONT RECEIVE!!!!
bought this bad boy for store pick up on the 2nd of this month - 3/02/24 - and have yet to been notified to come pick it up. Was supposed to be ready on the 14th -- still no word on it's ETA. I basically gave best buy $150 for nothing
