Fully battery powered hand-held vacuum to suck up those little dry messes. Good battery life. Great suction. Easy to empty. (On-OFF is via a push-button vs at trigger in the grip which is a little inconvenient.)

My second Dyson. Love my V6 but battery died so purchased new model. Didn’t like the on/off switch and the overly long attachment with the brush. Used it a couple of days and battery died. Returned it and used an adapter on the old Dyson so I could used dewalt 20volt battery. Good so far.

I love the convenience of a hand vacuum that easily empties very quickly. It love the default attachment that is both the crevice tool and the brush too that can convert quickly without removing the attachment.

I bought it and I do love it except for two things...I wish that it had the feature of hanging it up on the wall to charge like my big Dyson vacuum and I wish that the charge lasted longer. It is really a short time if you put it on maximum.

Very pleased with our Humdinger as it is quality built and does everything well.

I purchased my Humdinger on a Cyber Monday deal last year & have I have Loved this little vacuum from the get-go! Despite its compact size, it has all the power necessary for use around the house. The only downside is that I wish it had a custom case in which to store the cleaner & its tools. That addition would have made this purchase a grand slam!

The best hand held vacuum! I have a German Shepherd and he sheds like crazy. This hand held allows me to get 99% of the hair left on my sectional and any other upholstery I have.

I have 4 other Dyson handhelds and rather than buy a new battery for 1 the two talked me into this one. It is the most awkward and inconvenient design Dyson has ever come up with. The trigger was practical and easy to use this design is not. You have to take off the wand to empty the really small dirt cup. Add to it that it has no base to keep it standing so you have to lean it up against something so it doesn’t fall over. Why fix what ain’t broke. I’d really like a refund or a new old model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this machine about 10 days ago. Both myself and my husband have been using it. We have an Australian Cattle Dog so our house is covered in hair. This vacuum is powerful, super lightweight, comfortable and easy to use and gets the hair up! I first used it on my carpeted stairs with the hair screw tool and they turned out looking brand new. All 3 attachments work well. My favorite attachment is the hair screw tool. Flawlessly removed the dog hair from the stairs and the furniture. A fully charged battery lasts as prescribed (about 20-30 minutes). In my opinion the only downside is the emptying of the bin. Sometimes I have to manually pull some of the hair out to clear the bin. But not a big deal. Overall I love this machine and I use it daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Humdinger vacuum is very lightweight, and has several tools. Seemed to have good suction but a little loud for my taste. Design is consistent with other Dyson products. I also have a Dyson Absolute 8, so this little one would be just an extra for small jobs. Personally I found the power button to be an annoyance, since I am accustomed to the trigger on the other Dyson. My use case for this vac would be quick and small things, so leaving it on for long periods is not typical I'd much prefer the button on the larger vac where I might be doing a whole room floor. Needing to use two hands was a negative for me. Emptying and cleaning are on par with the standard full size Dyson vac. The smaller size made cleaning the fridge condenser vents much easier than the big Dyson. Also tried the small attachment on couch/chair and carpeted stairs and it worked well. Pros: Lightweight, easy to use/learn. Handy for getting into small spots. Vac turns on/off really fast when you push the button. Cons: Kind of high-pitched loud. Does not use trigger so you need another hand to turn if off. Doesn't sit up on its base, so tips to an angle , or on its side , if not storing on a wall caddy. Overall I'd find it hard to recommend as a second vac, since it does all the same things as the full size does. As a stand-alone it is decent but spendy.

Then when I picked it up, it was surprisingly feather-light. Setting it back down, I noticed there is a rubber piece resting on the edge of the machine (battery) that makes setting it down softer on hard surfaces. The small quality details make a big first impression. My first-time use was to clean my car. Instead of holding a trigger button to keep the machine on, there is a power button located on the top of the vac, which is a very nice upgrade. I have small hands and it was easy for me to get a good secure grip on the handle. The tactile feel of the handle is nice and comfortable. There is a “max” power button sitting next to the power button for easy access, when needed. Changing out the attachments was easy and smooth. The variety of attachments allow this vacuum to clean carpet to dashboard. I cleaned the floorboards in my car and later vacuumed the furniture in my house with the hair screw tool. As a pet owner of 3 dogs, this tool did not get bogged down with hair. It passed the test with flying colors! It’s easy to see when the bin needs to be emptied, or the battery needs charging. This is the perfect hand-held vacuum for small, quick jobs without sacrificing power. It’s a smart asset to have in any home! It's small enough to store in a cubby in my laundry room. I highly recommend this as a gift for a family member or friend getting their first home, a wedding or anniversary gift, etc. Anyone would appreciate having a Humdinger!

It has excellent suction even on those pesky cat hairs that want to stick to upholstery and carpets. The dirt bin holds a surprising amount of dirt and hair for a hand-held vacuum and empties easily. I am hoping that Dyson comes up with a storage solution for this great vacuum. A hard sided carry case would be wonderful when toting the vacuum and its attachments to the car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has now been about a week since I have been using this vacuum and the suction power is awesome! All accessories that comes with it has been pretty helpful to get the corners and the hard to reach areas cleaned. I have been using it everyday and the battery is still going strong. I use it the most to get the fallen hairs in the bathroom floors. The only issue I have is the trash container. Every time I pull it out to dump the trash, it feels like it is going to break. The plastic is really thin. Dyson should make it thicker and the vacuum will be complete!
