    This Kinfield Cloud Cover - Mineral Body Sunscreen with Broad-Spectrum SPF 35 - Water and Sweat-Resistant - Cruelty-Free and Reef-Safe Skincare - 4 oz / 114 g works well. Zinc oxide is a great active ingredient and works really well to protect my skin from the sun. I like that this sunscreen is also reef safe.

    This sunscreen rubs in well. A white cast is common with mineral sunscreens, but this one blends in fairly well. It is also very lightweight; once it dries, I don't feel it on my skin.

    I use AHAs to prevent ingrown hairs and irritation bumps in the summer, so a good body sunscreen is important. I am quite happy with this one.

    Absolutely LOVE this sunscreen. My kids are prone to eczema and my daughter seems very reactive to many of the ingredients in sunscreens -- we've tried so many! This sunscreen has resulted in zero rashes for her and has protected her from the sun! Win-win. The liquid is very runny. As it is a zinc/mineral sunscreen, you will have a slight white cast or sheen after you rub it in-- it works by reflecting the UV light away from being absorbed by your body. Love the all natural ingredients in this formula. Active ingredient is 20% zinc oxide. It's reef safe and contains aloe vera too.

    The product is great, light weight and works well for a light sunscreen. It's SPF 35 so not something I'd use as my only sunscreen unless in the spring/fall. But it works well with its intended use. The only bummer is that the lid of the bottle doesn't fit tight, so it pops open and therefore I wasn't ever comfortable throwing it in my beach bag, because I was afraid it would leak and go all over my other items. But for at home, by the pool, it worked great.

    I have started to use mineral sunscreen on my face in the recent years because I find that chemical sun blocks cause a burning sensation to my skin. I see that the tube says "body sunscreen", but I put it on my face. I put it on after I moisturize, but before primer and liquid foundation.

    I have found that this goes on pretty well, although it take a little time to rub in to avoid a white cast. Once it rubs in, it feels nice and not overly greasy. My make up applies really nicely over it and continues to look nice for several hours. I have felt no irritation whatsoever.

    There are 4 ounces in the tube so it really is not a lot if you plan on using it for the body but for your face, it will probably last awhile.

    My doctor recommended using mineral sunscreens over chemical options. This one from Kinfield is very effective. Like other physical barrier sunscreens, it is white and needs to be rubbed in well in order to prevent a white cast on the skin. It is quite thick. It works very well at preventing sunburn and is water and sweat proof, while being reef-safe. This is an ideal sunscreen for water sports, hiking, and active outdoor activities.
