This actually works! I followed the instructions for wiping the area with half-water and half-alcohol. When it dried, I placed the sticky part pushing the nip inward and made sure the area is covered. I am attaching pictures of before and after. Pros: It does the job and stays on as many hours as needed. Cons: 1. Sticky part is not cery strong, so if one doesn't use water-alcohol to wipe the area first, they will have less effect. 2. The size needs to be bigger. I have relatively smaller Areola but I see many men with larger ones. 4 stars because these could be larger. The one I bought is the 1 inch (the largest) but I feel that they should be bigger!

    Even with the larger size these won’t stay stuck down when I put them on (even after shaving the hair around my nips). Perhaps my nipples are just too powerful to be contained. I paid a hefty price for doing so during my first marathon, where I was left with sand dollar sized blood stains in my chest area due to the patches falling off along the way. These cannot withstand more than a 10k and cannot be relied upon. Save yourself pain and embarrassment and find an alternative.
