- This collection is crafted from sustainably harvested Grade-A teak wood, selected for its natural beauty and durability.
- Artisan-crafted teak finishes are hand-applied using a wire brush to subtly distress the wood followed by staining the pigment onto the surface.
- Small imperfections may expose underlying teak wood. If left uncovered, finishes will gradually fade and acquire a beautiful silvery-grey patina (typical of untreated teak wood), adding unique character to your piece.
- Teak hardwood contains natural oils that repel insects, prevent drying, and resist moisture. Teak is also resistant to fungal decay, rotting, and warping due to temperature or humidity.
- Crafted to withstand the elements, Canyon’s cushions have been engineered for maximum water drainage and air circulation.
- Canyon’s cushions are crafted from an open-cell, quick-dry foam wrapped in high-quality poly fibers made from recycled post-consumer plastics.
- Seat and back cushions feature a mesh bottom panel to allow water drainage and a zipper to easily remove the casing if needed.
- InsideOut Performance Fabrics® are made from durable polyester and polypropylene fibers, which are bleach-cleanable, fade-resistant, anti-mildew, and eco-friendly.
- Protect your outdoor furnishings with resilient Agora® covers—specifically tailored to fit Arhaus outdoor collections. Call, email, or live chat with our Design Team for details.
- Handcrafted in sustainably harvested premium teak wood, our Canyon Collection pairs wide slats and angled details with distinctive low profiles, resulting in a classic yet modern silhouette. Celebrating the beauty of natural teak’s organic variations in color and grain, Canyon’s meticulous craftsmanship and modern design will have you coming back season after season.
- Arhaus collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.
- Finished teak should be dusted and gently polished using a dry, clean, soft cloth to preserve its finish and luster.
- Do not clean using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these could damage finishes and surfaces.
- Teak is rich in natural oils. When exposed to rain showers, these oils can be released and leave marks on new teak furniture. We recommend rinsing your teak furniture with a garden hose prior to first use.
- Do not clean teak using pressure cleaners, as these can damage surfaces.
- Protect surfaces from incidental marks (like scratching, scorching, and water marks) by using coasters, trivets, felt pads, and non-plastic mats. Wipe up spills immediately.
- Avoid letting water stand on surfaces and cushions. Do not allow wet cushions to sit on a frame for extended periods of time, as trapped moisture will contribute to the deterioration of the finish.
- Cushions may show signs of wear and lose shape after use. To help prevent this, periodically rotate cushions to distribute wear.
- Spot-clean outdoor cushions and upholstery using a clean, absorbent, undyed cloth with a blotting motion. Blot from the outside towards the middle of the soiled area to prevent rings. Never scrub.
- For tough stains, spray the area lightly with clear, mild dish soap, liquid laundry detergent, or cleaning solvent and water. Agitate with a sponge or soft-bristle brush as necessary. Blot clean and thoroughly rinse with water to remove residue. Allow to air-dry.
- For mold and mildew, InsideOut Performance Fabrics can be cleaned using a diluted solution of a 10:1 of a bleach to water ratio. Apply the solution lightly using a spray bottle and agitate with a sponge or soft-bristle brush. Blot and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air-dry.
- We recommend using our Outdoor Fabric Cleaner (sold separately) to remove dirt, oil, and pollutants from your outdoor furniture cushions.
- To prevent stains and preserve the fabric of your outdoor furniture cushions, we recommend using our Outdoor Fabric Protector (sold separately).
- When drying, flip cushions on their side with zippers facing downward. Unzip cushion covers to ensure all water drains out. Do not place outdoor fabrics in the dryer.
- Avoid over-rubbing and never clean fabrics with a hard-bristle brush as this could damage fibers.
- Outdoor cushions should be dusted weekly with a soft-bristle brush to remove dirt.
- To preserve the finish and look of your outdoor furniture, protect your piece with our custom-fit furniture covers or store indoors when not in use. Before storing, clean fabrics and ensure cushions are free of moisture, dirt, and debris.
- In saltwater environments, rinse furniture and wash with soap weekly to remove salt deposits that can damage finishes.
- In freezing environments, thoroughly clean and dry, then store in a dry place to protect your pieces from moisture damage.
- For overall cleaning or to clean any overly soiled upholstery, we recommend contacting a professional cleaning service.
- We are committed to the quality, beauty, and resilience of every Arhaus piece you bring into your home, and warrant our collections to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Please see our Limited Warranty for details.
- Arhaus offers Worry-Free Protection Plans on select products to provide incidental and accidental damage coverage not included in our Limited Warranty.
