I had a previous 2 wheeler and got tennis elbow due to pulling the weight inclined of the suitcase plus my laptop briefcase.
I travel a lot, so I need a high quality carry on with a garment for suits for up to 5 days. This is perfect! it takes my heavy laptop bag and easily glides through almost any surface, except rugs where you need to push a little harder. My first trip took my tuxedo and lots of clothes for warm weather. Everything arrived perfectly, no wrinkles. Easy to push instead of pulling a two wheeler hurting myself. I love the new system that allows me to pack and then push down to compact the size. true, it is expensive compared to other options, but if you are a professional traveler.. this is the way to go!
Only con is that not all airlines in europe accept this size (22 inch) as carry on, in that case should get the 21 inch. For US airlines should be OK
