I’ve been using this product for years and I hope it is never discontinued. I have fine hair but a lot of hair; this adds volume and texture without weight or grease.

    Omg, this cruel mistress. Adds the most fantastic body and grip to my fine hair. Amazing for braids and updos. Washes off handles easily and doesn’t leave a film. The next day though, whew. My hair is super weighed down with residue and I dread having to brush it out before a shower. But, my hair is super long. Having also used this with chin-length hair, it is awesome.

    TLDR; you’re putting a whole lotta gunk in your hair but it’s absolutely worth it for the texture and grip.

    I highly recommend this product for anyone that wants to have slightly sturdy volume in your hair. My hair is fine and it works wonders BUT there is an optimized way to use it. A hairstylist who introduced it to me said to put like a pea sized (or however much you want) into your palm. Use the other palm to mix the paste evenly through out your hands. Then rub your palms w/paste evenly and wildly from the top to the root of the hair and “messing it up to look like a Mad Scientist!” Then blow dry to shape and if you want volume just blow dry opposite of the direction that your hair falls back on. My secret arsenal to amp up even more of the ante is to put a brand called Bed Head’s “Ego Boost” semi soluble gel onto my hair Mad Scientist style and then apply this paste same way on it. Whoa la! You’ve got nicely shaped and volume full head of hair. Then to top it off, I use Big Sexy by Red brand hairspray. This spray is around $20 but worth it because it provides great hold while Not weighing my hair down. As the Texas saying goes “The bigger the hair the closer to God!” Lol. Highly recommend this!

I will definitely be returning this product, I don’t know if they’ve changed their formula or something but it made my scalp so very itchy. It was awful and lingered for days after I shampooed it out. It did give great volume so if it doesn’t make your scalp feel like it has bugs crawling all over it then you might like it?

    Ce baume shampoing sec est tout simplement dément. On est toutes d'accords sur le fait qu'un shampooing sec est fait pour neutraliser le sébum visible dans les cheveux après quelques jours sans avoir fait de shampooing. Du coup on je fus dubitative sur le fait qu'en frottant ce baume sur le bout des doigts il se transforme en huile (mais de coule pas).
    A l'application, il mattifie de suite les cheveux sans aucun effet et procure un volume de dingue !
    Moi qui est les cheveux plats et rengraissant vite je ne peux plus m'en passer.
    Par contre, mieux vaut ne l'utiliser qu'une seule fois car il a tendance à texturiser le cheveux.
