This shampoo and conditioner set smells amazing! I was worried the rosemary would be overpowering, but it's the perfect strength and scent. The shampoo lathers and cleans well. The conditioner is softening and rinses clean. No issues with hair being weighed down either. Great products.

    I love love this shampoo. I have ordered the shampoo and conditioner twice now. It's super detangling so if you are shedding hair this is great stuff since it greatly reduces the need to tug or pull on your hair when combing it out after washing & conditioning (I use a pick and it goes right through after using these products). The formulation is very hydrating and leaves your hair very smooth and not feeling stripped. I color my hair and I'm 64 years old and this really helps color last. Can't say enough good things about it. Give it a try if you have older, dry color treated hair!

    Using this shampoo does not cause my hair to tangle like a lot of shampoos do (especially those indicated for fine, thin hair). I always follow with conditioner, and they don't always help with the tangles when I comb my hair after shampooing. This conditioner makes my hair soft, and I don't have tangles.

    When I blow dry my hair, I think it looks fuller and has body to it. I would recommend to anyone that has fine, thin hair. Two things of note, one it definitely smells of rosemary, however, I don't notice the smell once my hair is dry. Second, I wish the bottle sizes were a little bigger for the price.

    I have long, naturally curly hair that I flat iron and wear straight. I wash my hair every third day or so, and I have a sensitive scalp.

    I use leave-in conditioner, smoothing cream, and hair oil from one of the more popular high-end hair care lines, and I had been using their detox shampoo to remove product build up when I washed my hair, but the detox shampoo cannot be used every time you wash your hair, so on the days I used their shampoo for medium hair, my hair did not feel as clean as I wanted it to, and it was flatter and felt like product was still in my hair.

    When I wash my hair, I want it to feel clean, and I want to feel that my styling products have been removed, yet I need the shampoo to be non-stripping, and also one that will not remove color, as I do dye my hair. I had also been interested in a rosemary shampoo for a long time, to help address the increased shedding I was experiencing as I get older.

    I wish I had tried this shampoo and conditioner from Necessaire months ago. It's amazing. It cleans my hair really well, but does not strip it, and it does not strip my color. The rosemary formula also does not irritate my scalp. I fact, it soothes my scalp.

    Previously, my sensitive scalp would get irritated and itchy from most other shampoos.

    Overall, I love this shampoo. It answers every need I have: It cleans really, really well, and removes all product building, but does not strip hair, or color or leave a residue; it does not irritate my sensitive scalp, and it addresses shedding.

    My only wish is that it came in larger sizes, or had a refill option. This is going to be my permanent shampoo for sure. It's that amazing!

    I love this set for how it helps my scalp - it feels so nice after long days with more tension-focused hairstyles. It's so soothing to my scalp and helps wash out and re-moisten the scalp without stripping too much or too little of my scalp's natural oils, and without "coating" the head like some thicker conditioners can be wont to do. However, I have a lightly curly hair texture and I have noticed the rest of my hair is dry after using this set - so I can only stand to use it maybe twice a week. If you have coarse or high-porosity hair, this may not work the best, but if like me you got this to help with your scalp, you may love the way it feels! Still a great set and I'm glad I got it.

    I had high expectations since I love the body wash. I was disappointed.

    This shampoo and conditioner were "fine." I had to use a lot to feel that my hair was clean, and that is hard to do because the bottle is only about 8 ounces. 12 ounce bottles are the standard and I was shocked at how small it was. The size is identical to the bodywash.

    The scent is pleasant and spa-like. It doesn't linger. Nothing to write home about. The bottle design is aesthetic so that's nice. I appreciate the dispenser top.

    Given the mixed reviews on performance I wonder if there are fakes, expired product, or insufficient mixing at the factory. My shampoo and conditioner came bundled in two separate boxes, shrink wrapped together, and appeared to be genuine. No sticker on top of the bottles, which I have seen on the travel size bodywash.

    They are charging salon prices for a lesser amount of slightly above-average product. It's better than grocery store level for sure, but the salon level performance is not there. I feel ripped off and probably will not repurchase.

    Will update if there's a sudden revelation in my hair condition as a result, but as of now I have to take stars off.
