Gran Centenario uses roller mills to crush the agave in the old-world style. They age their reposado in new Limousin French oak for 10 months before blending it with older tequila reserves for a rich consistency. This versatile reposado is excellent neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.

My Favorite Tequila Brand

When I started getting into tequila Gran Centenario was recommended to me by a friend as a premium affordable brand. It's still my favorite brand all these years later. I'm not great with tasting notes, but I like that this has a deep rich flavor, which I find lacking in other fancier bottles. I love their anejo too. Glad to have a steady supply of this as it's not always easy to find out in the wild.
