We ordered these racks because we wanted to try out a recipe for "easy prime rib" using our iron skillet. The largest of this set was the perfect size, and it is nice and sturdy so there was no problem supporting a 7 pound roast. Very impressed that they are stainless and easy to clean. The price is great...less for 3 racks that some of the others for only one.

My observation of them was that they were very well made, strong, and exactly what I was looking for.
I saw there was a complaint about the size being slightly off, but I found them to be very close to the stated dimensions.
They stack nicely inside each other for easy storage, and I'm pretty sure you will not be disappointed in buying these strong racks. I use the 9 inch in a Dutch Oven, initially heated to 550 degrees F. to bake bread in. Absolutely no complaints.
