I prefer glass measuring cups when cooking, I do not have to worry if the liquid is hot or cold, it doesn't stain, and holds up for years. Just don't drop it. Who doesn't like pyrex. I was introduced to the measuring cups when my late mother and I make chocolate cookies togerher. I bought the set of one cup, two cup, and four cup pyrex measuring cups. Even the one cup (8oz.) is wide mouth, and being glass they sparkle after being washed in the dishwasher. I never stack my pyrex measuring cups, they are place in my hutch on top of baking pans, pie plates, and glass cook wear with lids. Thank you for making cooking that much fun.
