These pre-cut 12 x 16 inch pieces of Reynolds parchment paper are non-stick, so your food slides right off the baking sheet without breaking or crumbling. These baking parchment sheets come pre-cut to the size of a standard cookie sheet, and lay flat without curling or rolling, so you don't waste parchment or time cutting it to size. Save even more time with the SmartGrid lines, which measure 1- and 2-inch squares to help space out your dough. Each sheet of oven paper is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, and can be used up to three times per cookie baking session. Great concept that actually saves paper! Thought i was being lazy upon first buying these, and soon realized was not just saving effort. In addition to me expending less parchment per use (no wasted overhang over sides of pans), was impressed by the packaging's efficient efficient compactness: no need for a cardboard center roll & no need for those ridged metal tear-here strip thingies glued onto the box, plus box is smaller since it doesn't need extra space for the cardboard roll -- and you can easily anticipate when you'll need more instead of running out...
Sort of like an old quote goes: "Best thing since sliced bread."

At first, I doubted the usefulness of this product: aren't rolls cheaper and nearly as easy, just cut them as needed? Per square foot, rolls are indeed a bit chepaer -- though not really enough to convince me to go back. The tradeoff is that these sheets are so much easier to use. That has more to do with the fact that they are able to lay flat on a baking sheet easily, unlike a roll where it seems to "remember" its curled-up shape. This makes them so much easier to use -- not the fact that it's likely already cut to size if you're using them on a large baking sheet (though that's certainly an added bonus if you are!).

I've re-used the sheets a couple times, as the label suggests you can (as long as they didn't get too "dirty" the first time and I'm using them again relatively soon). As expected, I've never had problems with anything sticking -- the reason I use these instead of the bare sheet in the first place. All exactly what I'd expect from parchment paper, just now without the hassle of a roll!

Several reviewers expressed disappointment that these come folded. First of all, if you scroll down, you'll see a photo which clearly shows the creases. I'm glad they are creased; otherwise the box would have to be the size of a cookie sheet. Also, the creases help me position the cookies - two on each side of the crease and one right on it - or whatever. There are gridlines, but I find the creases are easier to see. I've gone through several boxes and haven't found the creases affect the cookies whatsoever. Anyway, on to the performance of the sheets.

I had a chewy oatmeal raisin cookie recipe I had stopped making because they stuck to the cookie sheet so badly, no matter which cookie sheet I used and how much I greased it. I tried using these and was blown away. The cookies literally slide right off; you don't even need a spatula! Not only that, but you can use the same sheet three times! I ran out and needed some in a hurry so I bought the brand they had at the local market. They were definitely inferior to these. Let me add that one reviewer wrote that they were too small. I have nice cookie sheets. These fit perfectly. If you're concerned, measure your cookie sheet and compare it to the sheet dimensions which are right on the box.
