Some combination of amazon’s handling, lack of proper shipping protection, and the shipping itself caused damage to the record cover. The vinyl itself played well. I loved the music.

    If you’re a fan of Bossanova or Trompe le Monde then this album is for you.
    Then why the three stars?

    The first copy I received on vinyl was… not good.
    Giant scratches across the first two tracks causing loud popping and lots of pressing flaws throughout the album. It’s extremely unfortunate to hear such a poor pressing of the first classic Pixies reunion albums, (sorry, but the first two were very average.)

    I would suggest this album, but hopefully I just got a dud of a copy and the replacement will sound much better, because I cannot stop listening to ‘Doggerel.’
