Mosser Glass

Cambridge, OH
Right in the heart of Ohio, Mosser Glass has been making their handcrafted products for over three decades. Thomas Mosser's father got his skills from a glass factory way back in the day, then started his own company where they produce colorful, one-of-a-kind cake stands and more. It's truly a family business: Thomas's wife Georgianna designs the original pieces with an eye for antique goods, his son Tim is the plant manager, and his daughters Sally and Mindy oversee the office.

Glass is a better way to protect and cover small amounts of leftover food. I use the large and small cake covers constantly. Presently one a sauce is a tomato that we are using daily. It taste better left on the counter with the glass cover. The other day on our cake stand was butter(yes it can be left out) and a halved advocado. Glass is safer, keeps flies off, stores whatever leftover you may nibble on during the day safe.

Very handsome, and feels sturdy. But lighter than I thought for a glass stand! Could hold a 2 layer cake, but probably not a 3 layer. Paired with the marble & walnut stand for easy cake decorating and storage!
