Usage tips: 1. Add to smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream recipes for a creamier flavor and texture. 2. Add milk powder to make bread dough richer: if your recipe calls for 1 cup water, add 3 tablespoons milk powder and 1 cup water. Use for homemade: 1. Fresh cheeses such as ricotta and cottage cheese. 2. White sauce. 3. Pudding mix. 4. Yogurt.

Basic Peparation: 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill nonfat dry milk powder.1 cup cold water. Stir together nonfat dry milk powder and water until dissolved. Makes 1 cup.
