    人のからだは50〜60%が水分で出来ているとよく聞きます。年齢とともに水分量は減少し特にこのカサカサ乾燥時期は脱水になりやすいので、こまめな水分補給目的に購入しました。
    まず、見た目が可愛いのはとても高いポイント！透明なブルーとメモリ付きで飽きのこないデザイン、広い飲み口にシンプルなフタも洗いやすい。メモリがついてることにより◯ml摂取できたと意識づけできます。日常的に飲み始めてからお肌の乾燥が少しよくなってきた実感があり、お高い保湿剤やパックなどではなく、つまり体の中から潤っていることが何より大事なのだと気づきました。
    以外とビッグサイズですが私は夜勤中に使っていて500mlだと足りなくなり追加で購入する事があったのですがこれは充分足りるので満足です⭐︎
