Do not buy

The mattress started to sag after 5 months. We are average people 160-180lbs.
It took MONTHS and even a threat to the BBB to finally get them to replace it. And now this replacement mattress is also failing the exact same saggy way. Such a waste of money.

We purchased two Casper twin xl mattresses about a month ago and have been very pleased sleeping on theses mattresses. My wife is using the Wave Hybrid Snow and has always had trouble sleeping hot. No longer the case. I’m using the Wave Hybrid and while it took some time to adjust too, I no longer wake up with a stiff back. I weigh 245 and find the mattress to be firm. We use both mattresses with adjustable bases.

We ordered a Casper Original 1 years ago. The Sleep Wave Hybrid mattress is very comfortably but it is not as soft as the original. I like the new mattress, but it feels much different than the original.
