This machine is awesome, the floor looks like new every day, I have it programmed every day at 8 am, we do not have any stress, floors are taking care.

Love it

I have purchased three of these thus far. No robotic vacuum should be time consuming. This unit has a XL base that reduces the time you must empty it. This model is so easy to use. You may set your preferences in the App or just push the "Clean" button on the top of the vacuum. Most filters are washable and filters should be checked and cleaned or replaced per manufacturer's recommendations. I cannot imagine my life without these vacuums! It truly is a gift that you deserve. My floors stay clean!

Easy to use right out of the box!

As a lady who has had one or more Roombas for the last 20  years, I was hesitant to get a Shark. I found this one for about 1/2 price so I gave it a try…. 
I am so impressed by this machine, I will never go back to a Roomba!!! Not only is this machine so much quieter, it is more efficient! I love the self emptying feature! 
I am not ready to get rid of my Roomba (Betty) as she is still working just fine. However, (Harold) the Shark makes her look like a lost kid in an amusement park, bouncing from place to place. Harold is more like an old man on a stroll, pacing back and forth, waiting for his crazy partner Betty. 💕
Totally worth the price! Make the change ladies! You won’t regret it!!!

Former/ Current Roomba Owner

I don't know why I waited so long for one of these. I can't say enough good about this unit. I have a siberian husky and this thing is a powerhouse. We have all hard floors and usually used a Swiffer dry pad or a shop vac to clean the floors. Every time I'd finish there would still be dog hair. NO MORE. This little power house runs and the hair is gone. It even does great along the walls and in corners. It's a little too tall for under my furniture but gets under my beds just fine. It took 1 hour the first day so it could map out the areas I have it clean and 40 minutes the next run. I have it clean a living room, two bedrooms, a hallway/house entryway, and my bathroom. On normal mode, only uses 40% of its battery.  It's not overly noisy. It can run while I'm watching TV.  I think I want a 2nd one, a less expensive model for a kitchen we share with my mother that is on a different floor of the house. she has 5 cats and a messy litter box area. The manual says you need an insane amount of room around the dock but you really don't. you can see from my picture it sits between the diaper genie and an entertainment stand in my grandbabies room that they play and sleep in while they're here.

My Powerhouse.

I love my shark automatic dispenser is so much easier to be able to empty the container instead of having to take it off the robot itself. I love how it gets half of my house and then it empties and then it knows where to go back and start where it left off. It really has helped me keep the dust in the pet hair under control.

I have 5 dogs 2 shepherds keeps my floors looking nice and clean with all the animals running in and out… I do have to empty container 3 times a week.

Cons for this little vacuum: I cannot set multiple times to vacuum durning the day.  Which I could with my Roomba. It doesn't have 2 spinning arms to collect more dirt(and that's okay.) I have to go on a turn it on to be able to run multiple times a day. I don't mind. 


Pros: it's not that loud. It does make noise but not super loud compared to other robot vacs I've seen. The empty cycle isn't super loud either. It does make a loud noise for a couple seconds but it's manageable my Roomba was so much louder. It does back its self in the port. My kids joke that it looks like it's back up in the drive way. So many sure you have lots of room for it to be able to do this. If you for this far we have rugs tile and hardwood over a 1000 sq foot down stairs and it's take 2 recharges to get through the whole down stairs and we use it 2 time per day. I was looking for a replacement for my iRobot Roomba that died. I was looking for a self emptying, mapping, app controlled vacuum. I was worried about the suction power of the shark, I have never bought a shark I normally stick with iRobot or Dyson but it was a good deal I couldn't pass up. I have to admit that I am loving the shark vacuum. It talks to me and does a good job. I was surprised it has 3 settings of power I do put it on the high setting. I have 2 dogs and 4 kids so it is able to handle to load. I have it set on a timer for 9 am Monday- Friday and 4 am sat and Sunday. 




Over all I do love it and I might get him a friend.

"I opted for the Shark vacuum upstairs while relying on a Roomba downstairs. The Shark, being more budget-friendly and bagless, appealed to me for its convenience in emptying the container compared to dealing with bags for the Roomba. Despite the Shark's less sophisticated mapping and basic scheduling function on the app, it suits the limited space upstairs. However, I noticed that the side spinner brushes are unusually short, barely extending beyond the vacuum's body, which seems impractical for reaching corners. I'm hopeful it's a specific issue with my vacuum, considering aftermarket replacements I've seen online are notably longer. Nonetheless, it's performing well upstairs, but I wouldn't likely use it for my downstairs cleaning."

Does the job....and cheaper than Roomba

I purchase the shark robot floor cleaner and the model that is shown that is for sale that I had purchased is RV1002AE it shows in the image there are two brushes on the design they sent me the model RV1502ZXUS that only comes with one brush so the question is did I pay more for a cheaper model

Sometimes the vacuum cleans on the scheduled time, sometimes it doesn't. If it has any issues with it being clogged or unlevel, it just doesn't run (vs notifying you first). It also doesn't clean specific rooms as advertised. It says you can select a room to clean and tell it to go there but it just cleans the whole house (even if you only select one room before starting it).
Also, not a biggy, but annoying. The sticker that they use to tell you how to set it up, doesn't come off well. (See picture)
