Fast shipping, it arrived earlier than expected.  Great row machine. Took a little struggle to just get it unpacked, but at least all that packing protection means there was no damage in shipping. It was fairly easy to put together. So far, I'm very happy with it.

Good quality equipment and customer service

I'm pleased with my purchases. The machine gives me the workout I require. I am recovering from shoulder surgery so i can raise the amount of resistance as my body heals. 
I don't think this would be a good fit for athletes though, as I am already on the 4th pin out of 8. Also, moving from open to close took 2 people. It's not as easy as the information tells you.

Good machine

the wheels to move it aren't aligned on the same side making it difficult to move, so far haven't been able to fold and the tension is non existent. If you don't want to fold or move it and don't care about the tension then the price is good

Extremely impressed great value ,easy to assembly ,nice folds up and i am not to out of shape but will get alot of workouts with this product I used for first time on %231 resistance (goes to 8) did 15 min felt great what a workout so glad I purcased
