I received my MacBook Air and I really love it so far! I know this is a Refurbished product but it is better than I expected! It came on time, in perfect condition and looks brand new! There nothing but only small scratches but other than that, everything is amazing!

Absolutely Amazing!

Perfect purchase

Amazing product. I just love all features of this computer. I use it all day for work and it runs really smooth. I even use it for watching Netflix, YouTube and other streaming channel at night or when traveling! I would totally recommend this.

Smoooth!

When it works properly it's perfect, I've been having a lot of trouble lately with the cursor not functioning properly, constantly stuck or opening and closing sites or apps I have on the device. Will be sending it in for it to be checked.

I told my spouse there was a catch!

Not advertised to inform the customer that the product is dented. Also, graphics are 5000, not 6000. MacOS is actually Mojave, not El Capitan. GHz are at 1.3, not 1.6. Basically, the seller advertised the product to be a later edition than it actually is. The laptop is mid-2013, so take that as you need to. The laptop is functional, but there are cheaper ones that are bundled and you wont have to spend $500 for a refurbished one of this quality when you can spend $350 and get the same kind of laptop from another seller. It works, but it wasn't advertised with honesty. First photo is direct overview from the laptop itself, second photo is after I took the case off. You can see the dent as well as some scratches. Laptop was delivered 4/26.

A Little Disappointed

I suspect this is a company that offers a buy-back from Mac owners, and doesn't actually inspect them. A cheap used Mac should just be a cheap used Mac, with some scratches dents and dings. Expected wear and tear, and what not. Not a destroyed product. I received the product in a poorly concealed box, and in thin foam wrapping. The computer was in an ill-fitting clamshell case, that was meant for a different computer, it was covered in nasty sticky crumbs and dirt and dust, I would presume from the previous owner. Upon further inspection, I found obvious, heavy drop damage on the on top right corner of the laptop, hard enough to collapse and bend the case on both top ends, rendering all but the charge port usable, and possible damage to the battery, considering it was swollen, essentially mailing me a bomb. Buyer beware. I'm sure they occasionally send out a decent used product, but that's not what I got. I was offered a replacement, but I declined and just wanted my refund.

I am a parent of a child that was about to start his college journey and I purchased the laptop as a graduation gift and I just wanted to try to get him something that will start him off in his classes. I m not tech savvy or anything and I got what I just wanted to try to get him something nice he used his first year and he would mention  how much programs he couldn't download and how many papers he lost and I didn't realize how outdated the MacBook was and  he tried to put simple things like canvas , the school blackboard on the laptop can't support it and it's just frustrating that you have to buy a laptop Every year and could've just bought a laptop that would be able to be used throughout the college journey. He didn't even get the download anything on the MacBook. It doesn't support anything you can put no apps on this MacBook is sad , anything that is current 2023 this MacBook cant support it. Thank God I had warranty I had to get it serviced twice already and I'm just frustrated because as a parent you already paying college tuition and and  you have to replace laptops and it's not due to a virus or anything. He spent a lot of nights trying to run to the library to work on their computer just to make sure he didn't submit Late  assignments. Because he is so far distance away at an university , I wasn't really understanding when he was telling me the laptop is just not functional for him and he needs another computer..

Disappointed, disheartening

do not purchase this laptop. When i got it and put it on the charger for 2 hours it did not turn on. There was something messed about the compute because the charging light was on just the computer wasn't receiving any power at all.

DO NOT BUY

System operated well but the computer itself has absorbent cosmetic damage, including faulty screen connection that continually falls after opening. Was planning on ordering another to try again, but the seller refuses to respond and will not provide return label- even though it states it is returnable. Completely unacceptable advertising

I did not receive my full item. I only received the headset, mouse and a cover for air 11.6 no Mac book.
