All the setup was to remove from box, take wrappers off, unfold it and plug it in.  The power switch is on the bottom.

Easy Setup, runs great

Very good purchase…it's compact…it's the perfect size…I was able to do everything myself.  Can't wait to show to my husband and kids!!!

Conveyer belt is not wide enough, only leaves couple of inches on the both sides. If you missed the step, shoes gets stuck on the sides, totally unsafe.
If you put any device on the screen, work out cycle shuts down.

Poorly designed

The machine itself works fine, but I am still disappointed. The screen came damaged (bad scratch). I am trying to notify someone to see if I can get a replacement.

Bad screen. Not protected in shipping or packaging

Was looking forward to receiving it, but when it finally came, I was so disappointed. I normally walk in 3.6, but has it on 4.0 and I felt like I was going sooooo slow at a 2.0. It also felt like the band was struggling to move.  The only thing I loved was the size and simplicity of working it. Going to return it.

So disappointed...

I was missing my power cords, accessories, and my owners manual.  I was very displeased, especially since we found out while assembling it on Father's Day.  There was a huge hole in the box as well.

I had this treadmill delivered about a week ago.  My wife and I used it a total of about 4 times and it quit.  The display read "E04" and when I looked that up in the "troubleshooting guide" IT WASN'T IN THERE!  Other error codes were there but not that one.  We unplugged and re-plugged and still nothing.  Now the screen says "E02" which means some kind of electrical failure... on a week-old treadmill!  I was hoping to get a home-usable treadmill for not a lot of money.  I learned you get what you pay for.

Go where you can try them out first!

I purchased this treadmill on September 12th 2022. I believe that I received the treadmill about 2 Days Later. shipping was very fast. that is why I am given a one-star rating. the star is for shipping only. when I received my treadmill, the shipping company that was used literally slid the treadmill to my door through the dirt and there was a big hole / dent in the Box. I knew for sure that the treadmill was going to be broken. to my surprise, the treadmill was all in one piece and it looked fine. assembly was relatively easy. after the machine was assembled, I tried to turn the treadmill on and nothing happened. so, I thought perhaps there was an issue with the outlet and I tried another Outlet. same issue. so, I contacted customer service whose phone number is located nowhere in or on the manual. my customer service agent was very nice his name was Mark. together, we did some troubleshooting. made sure there were no issues with the power supply. in short that the safety key was placed properly. he also asked me to check the fuse under the hood of the treadmill as well as the wires( myself). to know me is to know that I am not technically savvy it should not be repairing anything. I had to buy a replacement with my own money open up the treadmill, and replace the fuse. that was not the issue the machine still did not work. the wires all seemed to be well seated. the only other thing that it could be would be the circuit board. I thought for sure, at this point, they would come pick up the treadmill and replace it or even send a technician to fix it. absolutely not, they told me that they are going to be sending the part, which they keep referring to as a switch so I don't even know if it's the right part. and the kicker is I actually have to wait a month for the part to come so that I can fix the part with no instructions by myself. moral of the story is.. do not buy this machine. heed my cautionary Tale and don't even bother. forgive any typos
