This Mediheal Baobab Soothing Moisture cream is glossy and opaque white in color and has a lightweight texture. It absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave behind any sticky residue.
The product highlights Baobab seed extract, a currently trendy skincare ingredient. Baobab naturally contains Vitamin C and anti-aging antioxidants. There isn't much scientific research proving its effects for skincare, but at a minimum it's soothing and supports a healthy skin barrier.
The cream is fragrance free, and contains a PHA (exfoliator), lactobionic acid, which is mild and usually non-irritating for sensitive skin. The ingredients also contain panthenol and several kinds of hyaluronic acid for for moisture retention, fig extract for antioxidants, aloe for soothing, and ceramide and peptides for strengthening the skin barrier.
It also contains silicones, which can sometimes occlude pores and exacerbate breakouts, so those with acne-prone skin may want to skip this cream if they know that their skin doesn't react well to dimethicone etc.
It's made in Korea. The tube comes with a foil seal under the cap, and both the bottom of the box and the top seam of the tube are clearly marked the best by date (more than 2 years out).
The full ingredient list is printed in both English and Korean on the outer box.
Right now it's hard to find a completely accurate version online of long ingredients list, so I've written them out and double checked them against the text on the box.

Feels nice on the skin. Did not cause a reaction on my sensitive skin. It does have a light scent. I am unsure of what it is , but it smells medicinal. The scent is very light and soon dissipates. I do not like applying scented products on my face so I was a little disappointed that this did have a scent, although mild.
Good ingredients. But good lord there's a ton of them. I really wish all companies listed their ingredients on their product page.
