This is the 2nd one I have bought. The 1st one lasted a long time we only bought a new one due to brush bristles we're bent up from using so much. We use this daily on my 5 year old granddaughter after her baths and my teenager who has extremely thick curly hair and it straightens it very well. I would recommend for sure.

I am terrible at doing my own hair so when I saw that so many people recommended this tool and said it was beginner-friendly, eventually I decided I had to give it a shot. My hair is naturally wavy and even coily in the front and sides, but the back tends to flatten. If I want to straighten things out, or if I don't want to go out with wet hair, 3 sprays of heat protectant and maybe 15 mins with this tool on high and I'm good to go! It does get hot, so be careful around your ears, but I'm rather clumsy and I have yet to burn myself. With all the reviews about the noise I expected it'd be way louder but it just sounds like a hair dryer (which makes sense, because that's what it is). Really not a big deal. Also the tool is large, but it's quite light. My shoulders are weak and achy with some limited mobility from work, but I can still manage this without any real discomfort. I would recommend this product to hair noobs like me, or anyone trying to speed up their routine. Just remember heat protection to keep from frying your hair!

Easy to Use

Replaced my Conair infinity pro with this and it's almost everything I hoped and needed it to be!! It dries my hair in 1/2 the time compared to my Conair. And my hair stays so smooth between washes now too. I've added pictures to show size comparison. 
Unfortunately there is one issue that kept me from adding that fifth star. The cord does swivel but not the way it should because mines is constantly wrapping around the base. And we all know how frustrating that is. It would be perfect if not for the stiffer swivel.

Soooo close to perfection

This works really well, comparable to the Revlon version.  Mine came in a pretty beat up box that looked like it had been previously opened.  However, the item was enclosed in a sealed plastic bag and seemed in prime condition.

I received this hir styler and have used a version of this over and over for the past 10 years. This one stinks. Literally. I can't tell if it's chemical smell or a burning smell. Either way I can't use this. I don't want to damage my hair with this probably defective item or at the very least, I want to avoid making my hair stink like this dryer. Gross
